Even without mods, The Sims can be a pretty weird game. Add mods to the equation and it gets very freaky very fast. From massive 'adult get-togethers' to pregnancy tests for men, there are a ton of weird Sims mods out there. Thanks to Rule 34, a lot of the weirdest mods revolve around naked characters, though there are a number of PG funny mods from The Sims.
With each new iteration of The Sims franchise comes more new mods. The Sims 4 is host to many of the strangest mods of the franchise. Chief among them is the WickedWoohoo mod, perhaps the most disturbing and graphic mod of the entire Sims franchise. What is this most depraved of weird mods from The Sims 4?

There are quite a few risque mods out there for The Sims 4, by far the most prolific of which is WickedWoohoo. This mod is highly 18+ and allows characters to do just about anything to each other. If Sim sex is your thing, this is the mod for you.
There are more than a few mods allowing you to see Sims naked, if you're into that sort of thing (which, let's be honest, you probably are). From partial to full-frontal, there is a Sims nude mod for all levels of modesty. There are even mods allowing you to enlarge specific bits of a character you feel are inadequate after seeing them naked.
The exhibitionism mod in The Sims 4 is part of the notorious WickedWoohoo mod. The mod allows characters to perform exhibitionist acts such as flashing others and doing it in public.
If you've ever been bored by the traditional ways people murder characters, this mod is ideal for you. It turns the innocent act of pranking via hand buzzer into murder. It's as simple as getting someone to shake your hand. Before you know it, they're fried.

For the sim players that love leveling up, this mod lets you get the Kama Simtra skill. It rises up the more your sim woohoos (can be done with cyber woohoos from previously or with rendezvousing on the next page). This also affects the moodlets that your sim gets after a woohoo. They can either be successful and have a great time, or be left wanting more due to their inexperience.
Rendezvous with Destiny
If your sim is feeling a little frisky, they can use this mod to “rendezvous” at a select location and get a little secret, public action. Your sim will go as if they’re visiting any building in town and come back with the appropriate moodlets. You can also play matchmaker with your sim and set them up on dates with people they would be compatible with.
Make Woohoo Look Extra Real

Are you tired of your male sims looking like Ken dolls? Use this mod and you’ll be able to add in the dangling appendage to every male sim teen through elder. It’s compatible with a lot of the animation mods that you’ll see later on in this guide.
Bulges
Are you also tired of your male characters looking like Ken dolls while they’re wearing clothes? Want a bit more realism in the bulge sector? Use this mod to replace regular briefs, boxers, and boxer briefs with a bulge preset that can be subtle, medium, or large. This mod also affects butt cheeks.
Vaginas
Took out the censor and noticed that your female sims look a bit like Barbie dolls down there? With this mod, you’ll be able to add detailed vaginas and butts to female sims. This mod is recommended and compatible with the upcoming animations mods that you can also use.
Breasts
Once you remove censorship, you’ll find that your female characters will be nippleless. This mod allows for a natural nipple contour to be applied to your sims. You’ll be able to edit it yourself.
Risky Woohoos
With the Woohooer mod (previously featured), you can even have “risky” woohoos. These have a chance of randomly landing your female sim pregnant. So, it’s the alternative to the totally safe “woohoo” and the pretty confident “try for baby” options. You can even set a different percentage and risky woohoo in all kinds of places.
Street Art Nudes
This mod makes it so that your street artist sim will have nude art to show off. It requires the University Life expansion, as that’s what brings along this skill to the game.
Progress Pregnancy
This mod allows you to have more control over your sim’s pregnancy. You can choose to pause it, resume it, have it immediately, and even instantly impregnate whatever sim you click on. Very useful for people that want to ensure they get a baby of a certain sex, as well.
Same Sex Pregnancy

If you’ve been wanting some same sex pregnancy options, you’re able to get them with this mod. Your same sex sim couples will have no problem woohooing and giving birth due to it, risky woohoo or try for baby, it doesn’t matter which one.
